1. What You Are Purchasing
The Gold Vein Outreach Subscription is a professionally managed AI-powered marketing and lead generation service.
Your subscription includes Gold Vein market research, competitor research, keyword research, local target audience research, creation of one keyword-focused microsite, SEO, professionally written website content, contact form setup, domain setup and website deployment, professional email marketing infrastructure, email account setup, email deliverability configuration, AI-assisted email campaign creation, targeted prospect list creation, email outreach campaign setup, campaign monitoring and reporting, and initial implementation and deployment.
2. No Guarantee Of Results
Agentic AI Staffing provides professional marketing and implementation services. We use current best practices, professional research, strong implementation standards, and highly effective agentic marketing systems. We care about the quality of the work and stand behind the seven-day satisfaction guarantee described below.
Even with strong work, marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, search engine rankings, AI Overview placement, website traffic, appointments, return on investment, or any specific business outcome.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate business information, requested access to websites, domains, email accounts, or third-party platforms, timely responses, prompt review of completed work, and any required third-party accounts.
Project timelines may be extended if delays are caused by the Client, including delays in access, approvals, content, account setup, or required information.
4. Delivery And Review
Delivery occurs when Agentic AI Staffing notifies the Client that the initial implementation is complete and ready for review.
Initial agent delivery and review is expected within 4-10 business days after purchase and receipt of required client information and access. This timeframe may extend if the Client delays requested access, content, approvals, or third-party account setup.
5. Refund Policy
We build real, working AI agents, not demos or templates. Because every agent is custom-built to your scope, the refund policy reflects the actual cost of that work.
One-Time Purchase. Once scope is agreed and payment is submitted, the build begins. Most agents reach a working prototype within one week, while complex builds may take up to 10 business days.
Prototype Refund Window. After a working prototype is shown, you have the right to return the agent for a full refund before final delivery and handoff.
7-Day Hosted Testing Period. Once the agent is complete and operating correctly, Agentic AI Staffing hosts it for 7 days so you can test it in a live environment before ownership transfers.
After Handoff. Once self-custody has been transferred, no refunds will be issued. The agent is yours and will continue to run as long as hosting, LLM, and third-party service fees are maintained.
Subscription Plan. Subscription clients receive managed hosting, infrastructure, maintenance, and improvements. You can cancel at any time with no long-term commitment.
7-Day Window After Go-Live. Once a subscription agent is confirmed operational, you have 7 days to deactivate it and request a refund of the last subscription payment.
Affiliate Commissions. If a subscription was referred by an affiliate partner, commission is held during the 7-day refund window and released after it closes without a refund request.
Third-Party Costs. Third-party costs such as LLM usage, voice minutes, and external software fees are never refundable through Agentic AI Staffing.

6. Subscription Billing And Cancellation
This service is provided as a recurring subscription. Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the billing schedule you selected.
You may cancel your subscription at any time without cancellation fees, long-term contracts, or penalties. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and ongoing services. Payments already processed are handled according to the Refund Policy above.
Upon cancellation, future billing will stop, ongoing services will end, domains owned by Agentic AI Staffing will remain the property of Agentic AI Staffing unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client will retain ownership of Client-owned content and customer data, and Agentic AI Staffing retains ownership of its proprietary technology and systems.
7. Refusal Or Termination For Harmful Conduct
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel service without refund or further responsibility if we discover that a Client is breaking the law, deceiving the public, using our work for harmful or unethical business practices, or otherwise putting Agentic AI Staffing, our systems, our reputation, or our business at risk.
If service is ended for this reason, the Client cannot require us to resume service, continue providing services, or reinstate the subscription.
8. Ownership
Agentic AI Staffing retains exclusive ownership of all proprietary technology and intellectual property used to provide the Services, including AI agents, AI employees, automations, workflows, prompts, prompt libraries, software, systems, infrastructure, dashboards, templates, internal processes, research methods, marketing methodologies, databases, training materials, documentation, and all improvements and updates to these systems.
Agentic AI Staffing may reuse, modify, improve, and deploy these proprietary systems for any current or future client.
The Client retains ownership of their business, brand, logo, trademarks, customer relationships, prospect relationships, customer data, prospect data, leads generated for their business, website content created specifically for their business, marketing copy created specifically for their business, images, and materials supplied by the Client.
9. Domain Ownership
Domains purchased, registered, or maintained by Agentic AI Staffing remain the property of Agentic AI Staffing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client receives permission to use those domains while they remain an active subscriber. If the subscription is canceled, Agentic AI Staffing may continue to use those domains for its business.
10. Confidential Information
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the project, including customer, workflow, credential, business, and operational information.
11. Limitation Of Liability
Agentic AI Staffing's maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
Agentic AI Staffing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, or similar damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
13. Changes To These Terms
Agentic AI Staffing may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version accepted at the time of purchase will govern that purchase unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
14. Acceptance
By purchasing this subscription or checking the acceptance box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service, understand the Services being purchased, agree to these Terms, authorize recurring billing according to your selected subscription, understand and accept the Refund Policy, and authorize Agentic AI Staffing to begin work on your project.
