2. Service Overview

Agentic AI Staffing provides AI-driven staffing solutions tailored to your business needs. Our AI agents assist with various administrative, customer service, and operational tasks, helping you streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

3. Cost of Service

Our service is offered at a predetermined cost, which will be outlined in your agreement with us. Payment terms and billing cycles will be specified upon service initiation.

4. 7 Day Guarantee

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee with our products, during which time Agentic AI Staffing will host your agent for the client. At any point, the client may end the 7 day grace period and take full custody of the agent. If an agent is returned within the 7 day window, a 10% fee will be removed from the refund in order to cover the costs that were associated with setting up and hosting the agent.

5. Third-Party Integrations

To fully customize and optimize your AI agent, certain third-party integrations may be required. You are responsible for:

• Acquiring any necessary accounts with these third-party services such as phone integrations.
• Help Ensure that Your Current Systems such as email, databases, websites and phone can integrate with our systems, and if your systems are outdated, you agree to use ours in order to ensure your AI agent works properly. 
• Paying any nominal fees associated with these third-party integrations that support the back-end functionality of your AI agent. Agentic AI Staffing is not responsible for these third-party costs or their terms of service.
  

6. Acceptance of Service

Once the product is released to you and you accept it, this constitutes acceptance of our service. If any issues arise, we are available to assist for an additional cost. However, if the mistake is determined to be ours, we will fix it at no charge, provided it is reported within 14 days of acceptance. After this period, any requested fixes will be subject to service fees.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Let us know in the beginning if you would like to alter the gender,  dialect, or speed of the agent.
• Provide accurate and necessary information for AI customization.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure that your AI agent operates within ethical and legal boundaries.
• Refrain from altering any back-end programming. Any modifications to the back-end programming by the user will be considered mis-use, and Agentic AI Staffing will not be responsible for resulting malfunctions. Should you require assistance in resolving such issues, we are available to assist for an additional cost.

8. Service Availability & Maintenance

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or third-party provider failures.

9. Data Privacy & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for safeguarding any sensitive information processed by your AI agent. We do not store or share confidential information beyond what is necessary for service functionality.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold Agentic AI Staffing harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, illegal use, or third-party claims related to your AI agent.

 12. Limitation of Liability

Agentic AI Staffing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our AI services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Affiliate Program

Commissions for the affiliate program are paid within 7 to 10 week days after the client has taken full custody of their agent, which is usually after the 7 day money back guarantee has completed.
